Cloudview Quickstart

Cloudview for Hootsuite allows you to easily access your files on Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive & Box in a Hootsuite stream or inside Hootsuite's composer. (OneDrive is currently only available in composer and Box is currently only available in a stream)

NOTE: The images in this guide are from the Google Drive version, however the Dropbox, OneDrive and Box versions function similarly.

Getting Started

Adding one of the apps.

First, open the Hootsuite app directory and install one of the Cloudview apps.

Once you have installed an app, you can access it from within the Hootsuite composer or, you can add a stream to your Hootsuite dashboard by clicking the Add Stream button in your dashboard:

Next, click Apps and select the app you want to add to your dashboard:

Clicking the Date will open the file in Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDriveBox.
