How can I change the display name on Discord posts made by the app?

To change the display name of the bot on your Discord channels, first click the users icon in the top right corner of the Discord app:

This will display a list of the users on your channel:

Right-click on the synapster bot:

and select Change Nickname from the dropdown menu. You can then change the bot's nickname in the popup:
