How do I get an invoice?

Hootsuite PAID Apps

All charges for Hootsuite PAID apps billed via Hootsuite will show up on your monthly invoices from Hootsuite.

Apps billed by Synaptive

The following apps contain external billing from Synaptive for upgrades, or, in the case of Synapfeeds, for full subscriptions:

  • Adview
  • oneclick.bio
  • Panoramiq Insights
  • Panoramiq Multiview
  • Pendulum
  • Synapfeeds
  • Synapview

To download an Invoice for these apps, first click the mceclip4.png icon in the app's menu bar:

This will display the Links menu, where you will see a will see either a Manage your Subscription link:

 or an Upgrade link:

mceclip2.png

Click the link, and you will be directed to Stripe, our payment processor, where you can manage your subscription, including downloading invoices and updating your credit card info.
