My RSS articles aren't being published

If you have an RSS item that hasn't been published to your twitter account, there are a couple of possible reasons:

  1. The ID (GUID) of the article is a duplicate of a previous article. By definition, GUIDs should be unique, so if we encounter a duplicate GUID, we ignore the article.
  2. The date of the article is older than 6 hours. The maximum interval between RSS feed checks is 6 hours, so if we encounter an article with a published date of more than 6 hours, we assume that something must have gone wrong at some point in the publishing process.
  3. Account authentication issues. In this case, open the stream with the RSS Auto Publisher in it, and disconnect your account, and then re-authenticate it.
