Autopublisher has stopped sending feed items

If you find that Autopublisher has stopped sending new items from your feeds to your social network accounts, there are a number of possible causes:

  1. IP blocks. If you're using Cloudflare, or a similar security service, make sure you whitelist the following our server. You can find more information on how to do that in the following Help Center article: https://www.synaptive.com/docs/article/21519110545421
  2. Feed size. If your RSS feed is over 2 megabytes in size, it will be paused, and no articles will be sent. Try reducing the size of your feed by reducing the number of articles in it, or, looking for <img> tags which are base64 embedded images and replacing them with linked images. 
  3. Polling frequency. In some cases, your servers may block us from getting your RSS feed if we poll for updates too frequently. If you have your feed set to check for new items every minute, try changing the frequency to a value which is less frequent than 1 minute, i.e. 5 or more minutes:
