Facebook user names not being displayed

In order for us to be able to retrieve user names for comments made on your Facebook ads, the user authenticated with Adview must have the manage pages permission for the Facebook page associated with the ad. If the user does not have the manage pages permission, Facebook User will be displayed instead of the user's name.
